Good morning movers!
I've noticed many of us have been slowing down with the cooler temperatures. Sometimes it is just hard to focus when our bodies slow down. It is easy to start feeling sluggish and tired. One easy way to get some quick energy is to do a Jammin' Minute. Many classes do these YouTube clips for energizers.
Here is a three minute energizer! Do this with your class to get your blood flowing!
