Good morning PYP students,
As students of the Primary Years Programme we strive to do our best learning everyday and to be the best people we can be. The PYP Learner Profile is a list of attributes that really describe being the best we can be. This is a great time of the year to review the Learner Profile.
We strive to be:
Risk takers, thinkers, principled, open-minded, knowledgeable, communicators, reflective, balanced, caring, and inquirers.
Here is an example of a poster in a fifth grade classroom. Each section describes the profiles. How are you and your classmates living the profile? Is there a way you could demonstrate the profiles with actions or visuals?
Today reflect on one of the profiles. How can you live that profile today at school? How will your actions show this profile?
